~Jill: My treadmill has been broke over a month!!! I wrote customer service * weeks and * responses with no help!! They were suppose to get back to me two weeks ago. I have heard nor received any information about the issues with my treadmill. I will never buy anything from NordicTrack again and I will let everyone know how **** poor their customer service deals with customer issues!!!! WTF!!!! I spent way to much money to have my treadmill break * times in * years!!!

~Jill: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jill: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nordictrack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jill: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Nordictrack customers?
~Jill: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nordictrack to know who you are.
