~thommorr: This number was on my credit card statement. I wanted to get a refund on an annual renewal. I do not use Norton any more. A tech rep answered immediately and gave me a case number, then transferred me to a customer rep. She answered immediately and was able to help me get the refund. She also disabled the annual renewal. Overall, the service was very good, since my expectations were so low.
