~Willowcf: I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service! I purchased my first Nutribullet RX at the end of December. Within the first two days it ate the gasket from the base and the one I replaced it with from one of the tops. I returned this one and they replaced it with another that once again chewed up the base gasket within the first coup,e of days! I tried to contact the company but when I was finally able to get through I was told I needed to contact a different part of the company which I was never able to get through to. I gave up until * weeks ago and finally reached someone I thought was going to be able to help. They were not very familiar with the parts of the machine but told me I purchased one that was manufactured in September and there was a problem with the base and they would send me a new one. Great, but in the mean time, knowing my customer service experience was not the best I wanted to be able to purchase some new gaskets to hold me over un

~Willowcf: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Willowcf: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NutriBullet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Willowcf: For that I would say five out of five.
