~Cowboys sweetheart: I have worked in restaurants for ** years and I know bad service when I see it, your champaign store is the most disorganized, insulting establishment I've ever been in. Our server was Gordon not only was he the most fake liar ice ever seen he relied wholly on the others help. We were sitting I. A booth along a long wall leading to the kitchen could hear him swearing and yelling at other servers, he was talking so loud I could hear what and who he was complaining about. A different person brought our drinks yet another brought our food but Gordon did check on us once only to secures "his money" as he stated to another server whom I found to be named crystal. There is a small wait station across from where we were sitting and these two were actually talking about the lack if tips they had received that day, when the manager comes to our table and asked that everything was great?? I told him it was not and that those two were going to cost him business, he disagreed and all but was a
