~nomadwww: Agent unaware of any work arounds and your company is not offering anything for o rocker glasses that I paid hundreds of dollars for that had an adapter that would allow a phone or I phone to recognize the headset and the agent was unaware of this and why would you insult a customer that has loyal and spent over ****.** on you brand over the past * years. Offering **% off new regular glasses is worse than nothing at all when the device is built in and cost over ***.** each. I have * pair.*Shame on you , lost a customer for life and will spread the word.
