~anonymous - afraid of more con: Horrible customer service. They don't care...don't want to hear what you say...they just repeat their policy which is ridiculous!!! If you may your mortgage payment on the **th, you rack up late charges even if your Note says you have until the **th. Their excuse...they take that long to post it. So the charge is yours!
