~Annoyed: I am an insurance agent with a mutual customer. These mortgage processors are always requesting information from us regarding Homeowners insurance. I called to get a fax * to send a copy and I was told "You are not an authorized person" I was not asking for any account information, but to send them something they are needing. I explained I had called a few days earlier on a similar matter. The outsourced rep told me they had to check if they could get me the fax number. After ** minutes, I finally got it and I hung up.

~Annoyed: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annoyed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
