~CCC: I too had a GMAC mortgage that was acquired by Ocwen. This has got to be the worst company on the planet. The customer service personnell is in Dubai or thereabouts, where they read from a script and pretend they know how to and can help you. I found an error in my property taxes, got it resolved with the township assesor, who asked for the fax number to send a letter outling the changes to my taxes to my mortgage holder. You would think this is an easy event. Hardly, the idiot, on the phone wanted all of my account information before he would give a me fax number (I question if it is correct). Two months have gone by and I have not received anything acknowledging receipt of the changes. I will have to suffer through another call!!

~CCC: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CCC: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CCC: For that I would say two out of five.

~CCC: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ocwen to know who you are.
