~School District CTO: Extremely POOR service. No help whatsoever. I don't believe it can even be called "service" since none was provided. There was not motivation to assist the customer at all whatsoever.

~School District CTO: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~School District CTO: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Office 365 Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~School District CTO: For that I would say five out of five.
