GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Office 365 Support customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DJS90: GOD AWFUL customer service. I am using a Microsoft Office *** Personal Trial Subscription, and basically the representative told me that there is no technical support offered for customers in the trial subscription phase and that I would have to pay for a subscription first in order to get technical support. That is a really good way to ensure that you won't keep potential new customers!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Office 365 Support. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Office 365 Support problem?
~DJS90: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DJS90: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Office 365 Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DJS90: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Office 365 Support customers?
