~Emma: It was like something out of a "Hello my name Peggy" Discover commercial. I had * box in a * box shipment get lost along the way. Each box had its own tracking number. The DEFINITELY off-shore call center folks cannot understand that Box * is lost and keep saying it was delivered. They authorized a replacement then cancelled it the next day. Still no Box *.

~Emma: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Emma: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
