~Leemaris Arocho: This is Leemaris Arocho, my phone number is ***-***-**** and email: *****@***.com. I had a situation At office depot of the **th infanteria, PR. I went to the store to buy a desk chair and it was not available eventhough the week ad states it was on sale until today, ********. The ad has a disclosure, it states that the minimum period of the articles was guaranteed for one day. It is not a maximum period and the employee (Yasmin) did not offered me any other similar article for me to buy at the same price. She told me that they dont make rainchecks and they dont offered other similar article for same price. In PR, that is against the law and On monday ********, I will call DACO (Consumer department to file a claim against the store. I will like to record this and get follow up of this. Thank you.
