I had some free time so i thought I'd opt to wait. AFTER I opted to wait a recording tells me the wait time is between * hr ** minutes and * *** HOURS!!!!! I put phone on speaker and so far I've shaved, showered and changed clothes. I thinking about putting a movie in the cd player. It will probably finish before I get a human on the phone.
