~anon: OnTrac delivery is the WORST but their phone customer service was okay. Hold time was ** minutes. Representative was helpful and paged to the driver to tell him that basically... he needs to wait more than a fraction of a second before running back to his car so I have time to run quickly downstairs.

~anon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OnTrac's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say three out of five.
