~jwakers23: The customer support representative seems to be genuinely concerned but the minor electrical outages (up to three times a day) seem to continue. It appears that they cannot find the source of the problem. Power goes off and then resets within ** seconds up to *-* minutes. Happens sometimes on a daily basis. This is getting old.
