GetHuman-194136: I spoke to ARIUS from the Bronx Customer Service Sales and he was not helpful at all..very agressive with me paying the activation fee and first month bill before the guy came to install my cable box ..NEVER HEARD OF THAT! My sisters are loyal cablevision customers and it's unheard of..Checked online to confirm what he said and could not find it .& he put me on hold for too long while I heard people laughing in the background .
