GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-216422: After a ** minute conversation with a clueless customer service rep, I asked to speak to someone who could explain why I had to wait ** days to get my credit card processed for an RX order I placed. I was on hold for ** minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor when the original rep got back on and said she had a supervisor for me to speak to. Guess what, no supervisor got on -- just more music for another * minutes. Then what happened? I hear a message that said I have reached a non-working number. I looked at my watch and saw that it was *pm. That's the end of the day for Optum customer service, and ** minutes of wasted time for me. BTW, this was my third attempt to get an answer to why my order hadn't yet been shipped -- hadn't even been processed. This call was made the same day that my wife, who had submitted her order the same time I had, received her shipment, and she had used the same credit card that the rep told me is still being processed. I can't believe AARP provides their

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-216422: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-216422: For that I would say one out of five.
