~Anonymous: Called to ask why new RX for pantaprazole sodium had not been shipped more than a week after website showed it had been received by OptumRX. Told that Optum had run out of this very widely used medication and that it would not be available for another two weeks. Rep said he was sorry nobody called to inform me of delay and I should try my local pharmacy. Not rep's fault, but this another example of lousy service I have received from this mail order pharmacy.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
