~chrisci: Agents do not speak clearly and are hard to understand. I canceled a *nd night stay but was charged for both nights. They kept telling me to call them back and when I did they still didn't have it taken care of even though the hotel confirmed that they authorized the cancellation with orbitz. After I waited * days for the refund, two **-** minute phones calls, and an online chat---I had to call the hotel to get verification that orbitz clearly already had about billing and the cancellation. They were not charged but they charged me. I will not use them again. FYI- they charged me $**.** more per night then the hotel charged plus their fees.
