GetHuman-371888: Can't believe this worked! It was all in Spanish but as soon as I got the representative (he spoke Spanish), I told him that I pressed wrong numbers and I am acutally asking for an English speaking rep (all this in English) and he switched over to English and helped me with my request and connected me directly to a specialist (waited another * mins)
