~screwOrbitztheyscrewed me: Poor connection, scratchy hold music, service reps had difficult accents to work with. I had booked a flight, and upon hitting "submit" the web page crashed and my screen defaulted back to "SEARCH." And guess what? the flight was no longer available! I had to book another one ($*** more expensive on Travelocity), with a much more inconvenient schedule. I am NOT coming back to Orbitz again!
