~Frustrated Consumer: They should not put people on their phones who are untrained. It took me over ** minutes to place an order. The order was "processed" without asking for my billing or shipping addresses and then I was told she would "try" to get the shipping address added. She did not know the difference between a shipping and billing address. Language was also a huge barrier. We all have to learn our jobs, but minimal training did not even seem in place here.*I had it onscreen so this did not even involve answering product questions. A really frustrating experience!
