~angry forklift operator: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND THEY LIE LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW. My company bought a forklift form Otay Mesa Sales and they sent it with a bad battery that won't hold a charge for more than ** minutes, the wrong charger, a faulty bearing in one of the stabilizer wheels and with a broken controls cover. Called them to let them know the issues, I spoke to someone who said was a tech and he instructed us to have a local tech do a load and a acid test on the battery, then they turn around and tell us the warranty is voided because we had someone else work on the unit. We asked them to send one of their techs to check on it and they don't have techs to come out and work on it. When I spoke to the same individual who claimed to be a tech, it turns out he's the yard manager and he refused to give me a name or number to his superior. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY HAVE AN A* RATING WITH THE BBB. They will rip you off and lie to you
