GetHuman-400869: On July *st, I checked my emails and had one from Overstock.com stating that my order had been delivered on June **th. I looked out my front door and it wasn't there. Called Overstock and got a Customer Service person right away (Look up business nos. you need on gethuman.com. This site gives you the best phone no. to quickly get through to a business). The C.S rep. cancelled my initial order and put in a new one immediately. Overstock's C.S. reps have been great any time I've called them.

GetHuman-400869: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
