~Anon: Yes I can. It was middle of the night, on November 19th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to PLNDR, and if so, how?

~Anon: "Overcharge/Strange charge" was why I was trying to contact.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's PLNDR customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anon: Horrible. I waited for ** minutes and no one answered. I tested my patience and called again. Waited another ** minutes before someone picked up. It seemed she solved my problem (return) but I have yet to get my money back. The order has not even gone through yet! She also told me she sent me * emails regarding the cancellation, I've waited ** minutes and I keep checking, I have not found any emails from PLNDR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't even respond to their Facebook or Twitter.

~Anon: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PLNDR's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PLNDR customers?
~Anon: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PLNDR to know who you are.
