~Truthfully: I called about existing order to find out status. As simple as that may seem to answer it was still left unresolved. I just got the run around with no concrete answer. To make matters worst it was very difficult to understand the customer service rep because of a seemingly poor connection. I guess they have switched to a call center. I used to love this site now I have really begun to loathe it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting PLNDR. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a PLNDR problem?
~Truthfully: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Truthfully: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PLNDR's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Truthfully: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PLNDR customers?
~Truthfully: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PLNDR to know who you are.
