~Jodi F.: I wish there was a negative rating option, PLNDR is the absolute WORST. My first order took well over a month to arrive. The items weren't as pictured on the site, so I returned them and had to pay for my own postage. I never received confirmation that my package had arrived, even though my return * PLNDR provided (the RA) was clearly written in multiple places. I called PLNDR to find out if they received my package and even though I called from a landline, my call was dropped three times. The fourth time, I was put on hold with obnoxious and unprofessional blaring music for ** minutes. I spoke with a someone and my package had arrived just fine one week ago and apparently, it was just sitting there and my account wasn't credited. So we took care of that over the phone. *I attempted to make a new order online but their system was messed up and my store credit promo code wasn't working. So I had to make another dreaded call (dropped calls, blaring music, long wait time) to place the ord

~Jodi F.: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jodi F.: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PLNDR's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jodi F.: For that I would say one out of five.

~Jodi F.: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PLNDR to know who you are.
