~carolsabbagh: I am Extremely disappointed and frustrated right now. I recently placed an order on pacsun's website knowing that i can return to a store near me (soho). So i get my order so happy only have to return one item. Get to the soho store, they are OUT OF BUSINESS. I wasnt planning on paying * dollars for a return so i called the website and they tell me they cant give me a return label or anything in that case. I am soo disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. You just lost a loyal customer congrats.

~carolsabbagh: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~carolsabbagh: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PacSun's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~carolsabbagh: For that I would say one out of five.
