~lalala: I can't talk to a computer. You delay your estimate time after time, and the problem is that it's winter, and only a select few have no power. I wanted straight up answers to try and cope and under tan the issue, but bu having a pre recorded voice saying the same thing over and over again with no actual info, but pre recorded delay after delay. Especially in winter. You might as well let people freeze to death, but I doubt you guys would take responsibi little for something thats your fault. In short, your customer serservice is less less than pathetic.
