GetHuman-247086: bad customer care service. don't think they care at all about the customers. They have no interest or desire to care. So what if you can't sign on or pay. It is always your fault. It doesn't matter that service was turned off in the middle of the night and you spend the rest of it trying to pay to get service again. It was all my browser or computer's fault. Why can I order online at any other website and no problems yet it was my fault. They don't accept responsiblitily. and don't care to be supportive. The worst customer care I have had in many years! Very bad.
