~absca1: After long wait, agent noted product was out of warranty - my responsibility. *nd try agent some what listened (repeated explaining). She got a supervisor who indicated that problem would be ellevated to CORPORATE. CORPORATE would call me with in ** hours and discuss. DID not call. I called after * days. Told my problem out of warranty - no discussion or reason. DO NOT BUY THEIR MICROWAVES!
