~Bill Steinhouser: I have called three or four times. They tell me that they will call me back in ** hrs, but don't. When I call back, they tell me it will be ** hrs. When they don't call back again, I call back and I'm told they will sent me an SD card with the updated firmware, but it never arrives. The next time I call, I get Canada. The guy tells me he will transfer me to the U.S., but I get the same guy in Canada two minutes later. At that point, I gave up.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Panasonic. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Panasonic problem?
~Bill Steinhouser: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bill Steinhouser: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Panasonic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bill Steinhouser: For that I would say one out of five.

~Bill Steinhouser: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Panasonic to know who you are.
