~Dale Higgins : Do humans exist at your company. I've been a pandora One customer for a longgggg time. If my problem is not resolved in the next few hours I'm canceling my subscription. I hope however gets this gives a **** about their place of employment.

~Dale Higgins : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dale Higgins : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pandora Radio's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dale Higgins : For that I would say three out of five.
