~lynn urie: I was on the phone at least ** minutes and was completely unable to understand anything that the man was telling me. He did not get rude, but it was impossible to correct the problem.

~lynn urie: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~lynn urie: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
