~Boston Blackie: I have one box each of PaperMate's Dynagrip & Flexgrip Ultra purple pens, none of which write. Instead of taking the UPC numbers to verify, I must send back the pens for replacement. This is a waste of my time & money. In all likelihood, I won't return them. They should devise another method of replacing defective products.
