GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Partsgeek.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PissedOffCustomer: I called their sales department * times and waited about ** minutes each time. The first * times their answering system timed out and simply hang up on me. The last two times their sales staff hang up in the middle of my questions. **I had * separate issues:***.) They don't accept a Canadian Visa card even if my delivery address is in New York. - So okay, just explain but don't hang up!***.) When I called the last time and was going to pay for my order with a US (Florida) Master Card, and ship to New York, their agent simply said "billing address and shipping address must be the same" ... then he simply hang up. **No "sorry", bo "bye", no "thank you for trying"... NOTHING. **Not even the brain to look online at their own website, that they have separate fields for billing and shipping addresses. Why if not allowed? **I'll never order from these morons.
