~Coach Mike: I ordered a part & it was wrong. Called & waited ** mins., called back & waited ** mins., etc. No RMA, no response, nothing & now, no credit or refund, No RMA still, & cannot communicate with them. Are these guys for real? The Customer Service title & meaning should be removed from their web site & their vocabulary. This has got to be the absolute WORST customer service on the face of the planet. The least they could (should) do is receive the call & put it in some kind of "rotation" where an actual person calls back within ** to ** hours & literally helps the customer - wow - what a novel thought, huh?
