~Derrick: I waited for * HOURS with NO ANSWER. I finally gave up. ** was the largest number this website let me enter, but in reality it was much longer before I finally hung up the phone. I entered "*", as if I was a new customer trying to buy something, and they still never answered the phone. Now the problem... I bought a part and never received it. The problem is that there is NO WAY TO REACH THEM! They took my money, but never gave me any product or customer service. TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A "LEGITIMATE COMPANY" SCAM!!! From my experience and many others: They will either never send you the part, or they send the wrong part, claim it was your fault or a typo, and then make you pay for shipping and a **% restock fee!!! I called American Express and they said they had one of the highest cancellation requests of ANY COMPANY - know scams included! Sad that companies like this are able to stay in business... must be easy when there is virtually no overhead and no r
