~Uptown: I subscribed to the newspaper back in November after four weeks I still didn't receive the newspaper so I called to cancel . On December * I called about getting a refund to this date and seven calls with voicemail messages I have not received a refund I would not recommend this paper or subscribing to this paper to anyone.!!!!
