~Todd Bullock: I was on the phone with PayPal for over a hour and transferred * times over a simple problem that could have been solved and caused me and buyer problems .If I never do a Ebay transaction again it will be to soon customer service for PayPal *****.

~Todd Bullock: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Todd Bullock: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Todd Bullock: For that I would say two out of five.

~Todd Bullock: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
