~wuddupwuddup: I was transferred to three departments in a span of almost one hour. My goal was to purchase a business PayPal product, and I still received this service. First, I waited for **:** just for someone to pick up the phone. When they did finally pick up the phone, they did not ask what I was calling for, instead proceeded to sign me up for a basic PayPal account, which I was not interested in. I was then transferred to the second person at **:**. After a long conversation, this customer service person did the best job that they could in explaining the product. Although I had to teach her how to approach a customer service telephone call, after she realized that the goal was to solve a potential customer's issue, she did a decent job at explaining where I needed to be and pointing me to the right pages on the website (since the website is surprisingly unclear and unorganized). ~wuddupwuddup: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~wuddupwuddup: For that I would say one out of five.

~wuddupwuddup: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
