GetHuman-106169: Passed to wrong department three times. Had to answer the same set of questions each time. Staff had very poor english skills and did not understand what I was asking. After starting the *th conversion got fed up. Paypal need to abandon the 'script monkey' approach and employ knowledgeable staff who can actually speak English.
