~FFFrustrated: Someone in the background actually said in a extremely sarcastic tone like a woman "I don't care!" The agent apologized for the comment three times yet I have been locked out of my business account because of fraud etc. off and on since *******. Somebody there besides Jeff, Josh, and the last agent I spoke with better start caring a whole lot more and get rid of your deadwood immediately. I am the one that said that better not be because I am a woman! Escalated up and my request for a supervisor to call me did not happen. So sorry now I sucked in to the hype!

~FFFrustrated: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FFFrustrated: For that I would say one out of five.

~FFFrustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
