~lynn: my ***k account got locked up in website and phone system. I have been losing money in my account. But they dont allow me to change the investment by papaerwork and so I stuck in current allocation. I want to talk to their manager. But they refused to direct me to complaint line or managers.

~lynn: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lynn: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Paychex's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lynn: For that I would say three out of five.
