GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-hilaryny: Horrible. The wait was ** min, then the rep answered the call snickering, then didn't know the answer to my question so just kept making me ask it * times in a row, then when I asked to be transferred he hung up on me. Totally disrespectful attitude.

GetHuman-hilaryny: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-hilaryny: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Payoneer's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-hilaryny: For that I would say five out of five.
