~Bob: I was put on hold for about ** minutes, however, they did tell me the approximate wait time and told be where I was in the que periodically. The representative put be on hold for about *-** minutes while she researched my problem. I thought maybe I was disconnected. The reprensentative was able to resolve my issue. I expected to wait awhile and considering I could talk to someone who would listen, I was pleased with the results. This was the best process I could find to resolve my issue.
