GetHuman-67828: STINKS. I RECEIVED an ad today for full synthetic oil chang @$**.** with oil & oil filter, free tire rotation, etc. I called the local store and the price was over $** since my Sienna takes * qts. of oil. That is false advertising. check you ads. I am not paying $** additional money for * quart of oil. I eill report you to the better business bureau in Harrisburg, Pa. Then when an agent finally adswered my call, he hung up on me when it explained about the ad.*Bait & switch or thievery is what they call it. I want some answers!!!!!!!!!
