~m_2012: I contacted this company for the "ease" and "convenience" of online ordering of my new dog's heartworm preventative - oh brother!**I'd adopted the dog out of state, on the adoption day driven us both back to where I lived, then the next day while perusing her medical papers from the rescue organization realized she'd been tested for and prescribed heartworm meds, but I'd been provided with neither a paper prescription or more meds.**I called National Pet Pharmacy, specifically told them "I will be a new customer" and asked them what the ordering process would require (given it's a prescription med). The rep told me they would fax the vet, the vet would fax back, voila, done and done.**I also followed up with a call to the vet to make sure they knew me, the dog, the company who would be contacting them, in short that we were "good to go".**So AFTER NPP told me a fax from the vet would work, I submitted my c.c. payment info and hit "done" on the order. Imagine my surprise when, hours l

~m_2012: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pet360's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~m_2012: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Pet360 customers?
~m_2012: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Pet360 to know who you are.
