~greeneyeldy: This was years ago but it's why I won't buy anything made by Philips...ever. Bought a Philips TV, after a few months it stopped working, of course, just after the warranty ended. Calling customer service was at best frustrating. They basically tell you they can't help, and there's no one else you can talk to. Period. I would recommend no one buy Philips products. That's the only way these companies learn. The TV got fixed, was usable, took six weeks and had quirks that were annoying.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Philips Electronics. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Philips Electronics problem?
~greeneyeldy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~greeneyeldy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Philips Electronics's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~greeneyeldy: For that I would say four out of five.
