~db: we have had a broken down ** inch plasma tv sitting on our living room floor. its been there * months. they're are no respectable phillips service centers in raleigh nc. i have been to the attorney general about the one that took our $ and did nothing. I have gone to the local televsion station who said this particular center was investigated and have been trying to call.write and email phillips for * months. just ridiculous. Their customer service is horrible and their service centers are worse. Still no response.
